Finding happiness is different for all of us. There is no specific definition of what happiness is or a guide on how to achieve happiness. What we all need to know is the way to get there. Achieving happiness is a journey and while it may mean something different for each of us, there is something that we all strive for and that is health.
Living healthy as part of the journey to reach happiness, is a common goal among most people. This goal in itself is a long journey that starts with small steps. It can start with simple things such as reflecting on the things that we eat or doing 10 push-ups now and then. Simple goals like this are part of the journey to finding happiness.
There are a lot of things that can be done to improve health and as a direct consequence, as you experience even a tiny bit of progress, you will feel as if you are making considerable steps to finding happiness.
